Online Payment Portal
Link2Payments is a turnkey, hosted online customer payment portal that allows a merchant’s customers to pay online. Link2Payments is available as an optional add-on to a Paymentsite account. Here’s how it works:
- Merchants set up electronic “bills” from their Paymentsite merchant payment center, which sends an automated e-mail invoice to the customer.
- The customer receives the invoice and clicks on a link in the e-mail to pay their bill online.
- The customer logs into Link2Payments and with just a few clicks can pay their bill–from any computer with an internet connection.
- The Paymentsite Global Gateway processes the payment and funds are deposited directly into the merchant’s bank account. The merchant can log into Paymentsite to see the status of their bills and full transaction reports for all their payments.
- In addition to payments, Link2Payments offers several self-service options for customers: They can also review and download their payment history, request a monthly scheduled payment, set up a card or bank account on file, update their account information, and choose their e-mail notification preferences.

- For tenants and homeowners: online payment portal for tenants to pay their rent, homeowner’s association and/or other fees owed to a property manager. Invoices include line item detail showing how much is due for rent, utilities, pet fees, etc. Property managers can choose Link2Payments as an option when they sign up for Property Management Paymentsite.
- For students and their parents/relatives: a payment portal for students or their parents to pay school-related fees like tuition online. This education-oriented solution allows schools to easily collect payments for tuition, books, and other school-related fees by giving parents and students the option to pay online.
