Suzanne Coleman is Maas Global Solutions’ Chief Operations Officer.
Suzanne Coleman joined Maas Global Solutions as Chief Operating Officer in August, 2010. Suzanne brings more than 20 years experience in technology, in both consumer and business solutions, with more than 8 years experience in the Payments industry. Suzanne is responsible for overseeing the strategic development and execution of Maas Global Solutions operational growth, and for the day-to-day operations for the company, including IT Operations, security and audits, Quality Assurance, back office, client relations and project management.
Prior to joining Maas Global Solutions, Suzanne spent 8 years as Director of Application Development for First Data Corporation, leading development, QA and IT Operations efforts for an internet payments gateway processing more than 1 billion dollars US annually, and more than 150 million transactions annually. During her tenure with First Data, Suzanne drove the global deployment of the gateway, fostered the growth of the gateway, and improved the stability and availability.
Prior to joining First Data, Suzanne spent more than 6 years with Hewlett Packard, leading efforts in Quality Assurance and R&D for products including the OpenView tool suite and printer related software and firmware.
Suzanne attended Northwestern University, and is originally from Providence, Rhode Island.
