 Rayce Jonsrud, Executive Vice President, Sales
Rayce Jonsrud is responsible for business development, agent program, channel management and assisting with product development at Maas Global Solutions. Rayce has over 20 years experience in a number of leadership and sales management positions in the financial services industry, including American Express, Chase Merchant Services, and Paymentech. From his positions with Paymentech and Chase Merchant Services to his senior management appointment as Director of Sales and Marketing for Retail Decisions Place's Pre-Paid and Fuel Card businesses in Australia, Rayce has successfully navigated the winds of change in the payments Industry. Rayce earned his degree in Economics from Portland State University.

Vikas Dogra,
Chief Architect
Mr. Dogra is Chief Architect at Maas Global Solutions with over 12 years of experience in designing and developing diverse software solutions. In the past he has architected and built payment gateways, document management systems, network appliances and multi functional printers. He has multiple patents under his name in US and Europe related to networking and document management technologies. He has an M.S. in Mathematics from IIT, Delhi, India and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, California.

Mayumi Kamoi,
Sr. Software Architect
Mayumi Kamoi has spent the last 20 years designing and developing desktop and internet-based software applications. Mrs. Kamoi is fluent in both Japanese and English and brings to the Maas Global Solutions team more than 15 years of internationalization and localization software development experience supporting the Asian character sets for Japanese Traditional/Simple Chinese and Korean languages. Other software skills include web server administration, and more than 10 years experience building high volume high availability e-commerce and payment systems. Mrs. Kamoi has worked with companies like IBM, Kawasaki Heavy Industries and First Data Corporation.

Ann Krause,
Usability Engineer
Ann Krause is a Certified Usability Analyst who brings over 20 years of experience in various aspects of software development, including over 7 years of experience in the payments industry and over 10 years experience with web-based applications and web site management. Ann joined Maas Global Solutions in Feb 2008 and leads user experience design and software requirements for the team, in addition to managing client relations with and change tracking for major MGS consulting clients. Additionally, Ann is webmaster for several MGS web sites. Over her career, Ann has held engineering analyst positions with Science Applications Corporation, First Data Corporation, and the United States Air Force. Ann holds a M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NDSU.

Operations Assistant
My Vo has over 6 years of experience in managing production scheduling, manufacturing and project management. At Cables ConneXions Components, My managed all office administrations and production scheduling, making sure they have everything in inventory to build and ship out on time. My also worked for Terwilliger Productions in office administration, book keeping, shipping and handling and managing products. and at Tom J. Hull & Payroll Co. where she worked her way up from data entry to Office Supervisor to Office Manager within 3 years. As an office manager, her responsibilities were to oversee all 14 employees (at that time) making sure all payrolls go out on time for each account, make sure ACH files are done and batched out correctly, and managing high end large franchise accounts.

Executive Administrator
Kim Vo is currently the Executive Administrator with Maas Global Solutions (MGS). She graduated from San Diego State University in 2008 with a Bachelor Degree in Public Administration. She has been with the company for almost a year and has oversight of MGS’s finances as well as managing the Simi Valley Office. She has demonstrated exceptional organization skills and high performance in multiple areas, which has led to increasing levels of responsibility related to finance, legal contracts, and strategic partnerships.

Pedro Moreno Jr. has over five years of experience in the Bankcard industry. He began his career at Cardservice International as a Telesales Rep, offering ancillary services, such as Debit upgrades, Amex processing, new equipment & Telecheck services to new & existing merchants. He eventually moved on to setting up new merchant accounts at iPayment, Inc, where he continued to gain his skills in Telesales. In early 2008, he joined Maas Global Solutions Corp as our Sales Support Admin, where he continues to grow his experience in the Bankcard industry.

Technical Support
Hasib Najib has over 10 years of professional experience in technology and customer service with 6 years of experience in the card payment industry as technical support representative, team lead, and new hire-trainer with skills in Point of Sale Systems and Payment Gateway support, Information Systems Management, software development, internal and external communications and supervision. Hasib joined the MGS team in March of 2008 as level II technical support representative providing client support for a wide range of payment systems gateways, API integration platforms, and IT related activities.

Anthony Ho has over ten years of experience in the Bankcard industry. He began his career in 1997 at Cardservice International moving over in 2005 to iPayment Inc. and then joining Maas Global Solutions in 2008. Within his years in the Bankcard industry, Anthony has provided a variety of technical support, starting in terminal support, moving to software support, and now Anthony provides internet gateway support for the Paymentsite payment gateway at MGS.
